Prevention First Initiative is a non -political, non –partisan, non -profit making, female headed organization that focuses on the growth and development of vulnerable, less privileged people (Children, Youths, PWDs, women and the largely unemployed youthful population) in the country.

Prevention First Initiative aims at tackling the direct underlying causes of Sexualized gender based violence and attempts to address the issues of societal issues from the root causes of gender based violence.
Our Mission
Through Education, leadership and entrepreneurship, innovation, skills training cemented in good value we intend to raise awareness and to help prevent/reduce sexual gender based violence among women, children, young people and people with disabilities PWDs in Sierra Leone through advocacy and empowerment interventions.
Our Vision
We help to create an equal and safer society for marginalized groups to achieve their full potentials in life.
